So we got back from vacation accompanied by complete exhaustion, but knew we had to get back into gear. We ended up not doing anything on Sunday, even though I think we probably could have since we got back early afternoon. Alas, we didn't, and that's OK.
Monday, July 7th
Plan was to go to the RAC in the AM and go to Pure Barre in the PM, which happened...kind of.
I was dead to the world, but Chad ended up heading the RAC early and worked out whereas I went to Pure Barre after work.
